Rules & Regulations

Entries must be received and paid for by January 31. Entries after January 31 will be accepted with a 5% late fee. Payments received after March 1 will be accepted with a 15% late fee. We will not be accepting any registrations a month prior to the competition date. Registration rebates (Early/Love&Loyalty/Travel) are offered for entries received and paid for by early registration deadlines. For the successful organization of each competition, these deadlines will be strictly enforced.

Each competition day has a maximum number of entries that will be accepted. We will not overbook. Entries will be accepted in the order that they are received. You may register via our website. No faxed entries will be accepted. No paper entries will be accepted. We accept studio cheques or money orders. All returned checks will be charged a $35.00 returned cheque fee. A $500 non refundable deposit is required to hold your spots.
