We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate any competition due to force majeure circumstances or to increase or decrease the number of days. If the competition runs for less than three full days, two adjudicators may be used.

Stage Size:
Built raised stage: 52 wide by 32 deep including 5 feet of wing space on stage Right and Left. Crossover space is at ground level behind the stage.
Parking:
Limited Parking is available in the SJCC parking garage on a first-come, first-served basis for $10. Additionally, there is ample parking available throughout the downtown area.
Dressing Rooms / Rehearsal Space:
There are large dressing rooms for males and females that are shared amongst studios. Please follow these DRESSING ROOM RULES: CLEAN UP after yourself, NO food or drink except bottled water, NO photos or videos, and NO parents allowed in the dressing rooms. If you need to help your child with a costume change, please do so quickly and exit promptly. Thank you for your cooperation. Remember, both dancers' and parents' etiquette contribute to your school's eligibility to win the STUDIO SPIRIT AWARD and a PIZZA PARTY.
Loading Dock / Props:
🎭 Large Props: Use Canadian AV Loading Dock (#5 & #6) (NOT the SJCC garage doors). Time slot bookings are required (link will be emailed to dance schools).

🎭 Small, Hand-Carried Props: Props that can be easily carried by one person may enter through the front with dancers.
⚠️ Important:
The Loading Dock height clearance is 8 Feet for trucks / trailers.
No front-door entry for large props.
No early drop-offs. Props must be removed on the final day.
Pick-Up: No time slot needed. The dock is open Sunday, 6:00–10:00 PM (first come, first served).
Venue Information & Policies:
🚫 No Outside Food or Beverages: The SJCC does not permit outside food or drinks to be brought into the venue.
✅ Allowed Items: Refillable water bottles, Single-serve beverages
🛒 Onsite Concessions: Available from open to close, CASHLESS – only card or digital payments accepted

At Summit Dance Challenge, we prioritize a carefully designed schedule.
Studios please post a copy of your registration that we send you so that your teachers, dancers, and parents can check for errors before we create schedules. Corrects to registrations after schedules are created are subject to a change fee.

Printed program will be available to purchase onsite. All attending teachers will be provided a complementary printed program.
Awards:
Please ensure a studio representative is present for all award sessions as awards cannot be shipped or picked up at a later date. This includes Grand Awards at the end of competition.
Our schedules are designed to minimize absences from work and school. Before finalizing the schedules, we will email a copy of your school's registration data to verify accuracy. Final studio schedules will be sent to dance schools one month prior to the event. Please note that any errors in a dancer's date of birth in the system will result in their media key not functioning.
