We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate any competition due to force majeure circumstances or to increase or decrease the number of days. If the competition runs for less than three full days, two adjudicators may be used.

Dressing Rooms / Rehearsal Space:
Dressing rooms will be assigned by studio. Please follow these DRESSING ROOM RULES: CLEAN UP after yourself, NO food or drink except bottled water, NO photos or videos, and NO parents allowed in the dressing rooms. If you need to help your child with a costume change, please do so quickly and exit promptly. Thank you for your cooperation. Remember, both dancers' and parents' etiquette contribute to your school's eligibility to win the STUDIO SPIRIT AWARD and a PIZZA PARTY.

Side corridor is available for prop load in and storage.

At Summit Dance Challenge, we prioritize a carefully designed schedule.
Studios please post a copy of your registration that we send you so that your teachers, dancers, and parents can check for errors before we create schedules. Corrects to registrations after schedules are created are subject to a change fee.

Awards:
Please ensure a studio representative is present for all award sessions as awards cannot be shipped or picked up at a later date. This includes Grand Awards at the end of competition.
Our schedules are designed to minimize absences from work and school. Before finalizing the schedules, we will email a copy of your school's registration data to verify accuracy. Final studio schedules will be sent to dance schools one month prior to the event. Please note that any errors in a dancer's date of birth in the system will result in their media key not functioning.
